ZTE, the Chinese handsets makers has launched a new smartphone under the lineup of Prague smartphone series namely Nubia Prague S in China. The device is now available for Pre-orders in its hometown China. Pricing  CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 25, 650), the smartphone will start shipping from Saturday i.e., from January 23. Last year, in the month of December, the Chinese firm has launched a new smartphone namely Axon Max with a massive 4140 mAh battery capacity in China.

Specifications

The new Nubia Prague S smartphone sports a 5.2-inch full-HD Super AMOLED OGS 2.5D display with a pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels which is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. The handset is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor which is paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB LPDDR3 RAM. The ZTE Nubia Prague S is a dual-SIM supporting smartphone that runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with the Nubia UI 3.0 skin.

On the camera front, the Nubia Prague S comes equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with phase detection autofocus (PDAF), f/2.2 aperture, 5P Lens, and LED flash. On the other side, the smartphone bears an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.4 aperture and a wide-angle lens. Both the rear and front cams run on the company’s native NeoVision 5.2 Camera UI.

On the Storage front, the smartphone includes an internal storage of 64GB which can be further expanded upto 128GB via a microSD card. In terms of Connectivity, the ZTE Nubia Prague S includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity. The handset is power-packed by a 2200mAh battery. The company claims that the device comes with the ability to charge from 0-25 percent in 10 minutes with fast charging technology.

The ZTE Nubia Prague S is a metal-clad smartphone which is slim at 6.8mm and features FiT (Frame Interactive Technology) for one-hand use. It also comes with an Eyeprint ID scanner (Iris scanner). The audio in the ZTE Nubia Prague S is powered by NeoSound 4.0, AKM4375 Hi-Fi audio chip7.1-channel Dolby audio and Dolby decoder. The smartphone will be exclusively available in two colour variants such as Silver and Rose Gold colour variants. The smartphone was announced by the company via its Weibo account.
