40-Year-Old Man Killed By Tiger In Sehore, Madhya Pradesh – Half-Eaten Body Recovered
The police recovered the half-eaten body of Kunwar Singh, a 40-year-old man, who was attacked by a tiger in Madhya Pradesh.
The body of the 40-year-old man was recovered in the Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh.
Manoj Kumar Bhadoriya, the forest sub-divisional officer of Budhni, said the dead body of Kunwar Singh was recovered 150 meters away from his house in Samnapur Village.
Signs of a tiger roaming near the body of Kunwar Singh were also seen, said Officer Bhadoriya.
Preliminary investigations revealed that Kunwar Singh went out of his house on the evening of September 18, 2019, to buy beedis.
When Kunwar didn’t return to his house, his family started to look for him.
Upon searching the village, authorities found the half-eaten body of Kunwar Singh.
According to the forest officials, a number of tigers were seen in the area in the last couple of weeks.
The Sehore District is home to the Ratapani Wildlife Sanctuary.
