A 20-year-old woman from Rohtak, India, was kidnapped and raped by 5 men, who raped her 3 years ago.

The victim said she was kidnapped by 5 men as she stepped out of the campus.

During an interview with NDTV, the woman said she was drugged, shoved into a car, and raped.

She was later dumped on the side of the road.

The rape victim was then rushed to the Rohtak Civil Hospital.

The woman, whose identity was not shared with the public, said:

I came out of college and there were those very five men in the car. Three were inside and two of them were outside.

The family of the victim said that she was raped by the same men who sexually assaulted her in 2013 in Bhiwani, Haryana.

A court case was filed against the 5 men, however, only 2 of them were arrested.

The 2 were recently released on bail.

The brother of the woman said:

We were getting constant threats from the accused to reach a compromise outside the court, but we remained firm. That’s why they have attacked her again.

The family said that they eventually decided to move from Bhiwani to Rohtak after receiving constant threats from the men who were accused of raping her 3 years ago.

DSP Pushpa Khatari, released a statement about the incident and said:

Police are conducting raids to nab the accused. We are waiting for a forensic report before proceeding further.

It is said that the rape victim was seriously injured and left for dead in the bushes. A passerby saw her and took her to the hospital for medical treatment.
