Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: A 35-year-old mentally deranged man reportedly stabbed 4 of his relatives to death in the Kasargode district of Kerala on the evening of Monday.

The incident was confirmed by the police.

According to reports, the incident happened at the Paivalike village council at Manjeswaram in the district of Kasargode.

The police said that the 35-year-old man, who has an unsound mind, did the horrible act after a dispute over a private road.

He reportedly grabbed a knife and stabbed his 4 relatives to death.

The man was overpowered by the locals.

Authorities were called and he was handed over formally.
