Maharashtra: Chopped Body Parts of Child Found Near Rail Track in Thane

Police Report: Chopped body parts of a child were found near a railway track in the District of Thane of Maharashtra.

 The Kalyan Police got the information about the incidents on Sunday Evening, a message said that body parts were seen lying in the bushes that were near the railway track in the area of Titwala.

When the police reached the area, they found the decomposed head of the kid and its legs, police say that the kid is around 10-years-old or 12-years-old, they have not yet identified the gender of the kid.

The police only found the head and legs of the kid, other body parts are missing. The police also found a gunny bag in the area of the crime.

The local police said that they are suspecting that this is a murder case where the culprit killed the kid and chopped the body and threw it from a moving train. They are also trying to identify the kid so they can inform the family.

An FIR has been registered under the Indian Penal Code Sections 302 (murder) and 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence). The police have also gathered a team that will find the killer of the kid.
