When the authorities arrived, the girl was found on the living room floor of the house.
The 9-year-old girl was unresponsive and did not breath, she was later pronounced dead.
Investigations revealed that Beagley had a makeshift tent made out of painted tarp inside a shed on his property.
Authorities found blankets, pillows, cellphones, masks, balloons, sex toys, lubricants, an empty bottle of chloroform, a rag, multiple computers, and equipment for recording video.
Authorities also discovered reddish-brown stains, which are believed to be blood.
Authorities recovered 1616 images and 75 total videos of porn and depicted children.
Some pictures and videos that were recovered from the computer were of the victim.
There was a hidden camera inside the home’s bathroom, and it recorded the young girl taking a bath.
The autopsy of the girl tested positive for very high levels of chloroform, and her death was ruled a homicide by chloroform poisoning.
