Circus Bear Attacks Trainer In Russia After It Was Forced To Push A Wheelbarrow
A circus trainer in Russia was mauled by a huge black bear during a circus event after the poor animal was forced to push a wheelbarrow as humans do.
The entire incident was caught on cam, and in the video, you can see the trainer being mauled by the huge circus bear after it was being forced to do acts as humans do.
According to reports, the bear was being forced to push a wheelbarrow around like a human, before it attacked one trainer on the stage.
After the attack, watchers and children could be heard screaming.
A trainer that was on the stage started to kick the bear after it mauled his fellow worker.
The trainer leads the huge black bear towards the side of the ring before it turned around and pinned him to the ground.
The circus was happening in the Karelia region in Russia.
You could see that the ring, where the act was being performed, didn’t have any protective barrier.
According to local news agencies, the black bear was stopped and neutralized with an electric shock stick.
Watchers ran away and exited the stage after the incident.
27-year-old Galina Gurieva filmed the entire incident.
Galina said, “My knees are still trembling. I was shocked there was no fence for the safety of spectators, given the size of the bear.”
Many thought that the incident was part of the scene, but they realized that something was wrong when the other trainer brought a stick out.
The bear in the video is the star attraction of the Anshlag Tent Circus and the show was named ‘Bow-legged and the Wheelbarrow’.
The police have launched an investigation about the incident and are currently trying to find out the reason that provoked the animal to do such an act.
The circus trainer was injured in the incident, but the authorities didn’t release any details about the injuries.
