Sick Video Shows 22-Year-Old Texas Man Repeatedly Flinging Cat Into Pool And Beating It With Shoe

A 22-year-old Texas man was seen throwing a cat into the pool and beating it with a shoe as it tried to escape its cruel faith.

22-year-old Javonte Darion was seen throwing the animal into the pool and beating it with a shoe as it was trying to come out of the pool.

According to the Texas authorities, the incident happened at the City Station Apartment Homes complex in Houston, Texas, on September 7, 2019.

The Houston Chronicle reported that the man held the head of the cat under the water.

The police said the suspect carried out the animal away when it was unconscious.

Authorities did not reveal if the cat was still alive or if it is dead.

Jevonte was arrested by the police on a felony charge of animal cruelty.

The Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals reported the incident to the Houston Police.

The chilling video was released by the police earlier this week, and it showed the suspect standing over the cat.

The man could be seen grabbing the neck and forcing its head underwater and throwing it into the pool.

The man could be seen hitting the animal as it tried to swim out of the pool.

The poor helpless cat managed to get out of the pool, but the man took off his shoe and started to beat it.

Jevonte went back to the animal and threw it back into the pool.

Jevonte was seen entering the apartment facility with a temporary plate, and he was handed a 3-day notice to leave his apartment after he was seen abusing the animal.

Explaining why he did the horrific act, Jevonte said, “I had problems with that cat in the past and that’s why I did what I did.”

The video is too hard to watch.

Alan Rosen, a constable with the Harris County Precinct 1, said, “This video is difficult to watch. Anyone who tortures an animal should be held accountable. This cat was defenseless. Our society should not stand for such cruelty to animals.”

If found guilty into the charges he is facing, Jevonte could spend up to 10 years in prison and could pay a fine of $10,000.

He will appear in a court in Texas on November 7, 2019.
