Teenager Gets 40 Stitches After Photoshoot With German Shepherd Went Horribly Wrong

A 17-year-old teenager had to get 40 stitches after her photoshoot with her German Shepherd pooch went horribly wrong.

Lara Sanson, a 17-year-old girl from Argentina, was talking with her friend’s dog when it suddenly whipped around and bit her face.

Sanson later posted a number of pictures of her face with stitches on Twitter.

The post she made on Twitter currently has over 74,000 retweets, 352,000 likes, and over 2000 tweets.

She also shared pictures when the dog suddenly turned on her.

The images showed Sanson placing her arm around the dog, which made the dog uncomfortable, leaving it to attack and bite her face.

Lara was rushed to a hospital and underwent a 2-hour surgery, where she received a total of 40 stitches.

According to reports, she got stitches around her eye and inside her mouth.

During an interview with La Nacion, a local newspaper, Lara, the victim of the dog attack, said she didn’t feel much pain when she was bitten.

She also said that she doesn’t believe the dog intentionally bit her.

Lara explained, “I do not know if I touched its hip or if it reacted like this because it is old, or it was because I hugged it and scared it.”

Although she’s experiencing a number of facial inflammations and eating problems as a result of the dog bite, Lara is recovering fast and well.

A local vet believed the German Shepherd dog might have bit Lara because it was old and the pain it was in.

Kenai, the dog that attacked Lara, won’t be put down due to the attack.

Lara is expected to recover from her injuries and from the severity of the dog attack.
