Bill Gates Sent An 81-Pound Gift Package To His Reddit Secret Santa | Here’s What Was Inside It
Shelby, a woman from Michigan, was given a haul of gifts that weighed over 81 pounds, and she found out her secret Santa from Reddit is Bill Gates.
Shelby, who is from the Detroit metro area, found out that her Secret Santa from Reddit is Bill Gates.
Shelby shared the video of the gifts on YouTube, on MangoMediaLab.
Talking about the match, Shelby said, “I always thought it would be super cool to be matched with him some day, but I never really would have expected this to happen to me.”
In the video she shared on YouTube, Shelby said the package was so huge and heavy that a FedEx worker had to help her place it in her car.
Shelby also said that the package was huge that it didn’t fit in her car.
Each year, Bill Gates and his team do a huge research for their recipients each year.
And this year, it was Shelby.

Bill Gates also made a donation for an undisclosed amount to the American Heart Association in honor of Shelby’s mother.
The mother of Shelby passed away in March this year.
To prove that the package and gifts came from Bill Gates, Bill Gates wrote a letter and signed it.
The letter says, “I know no gift will ever make up for losing someone so important to you. I was very sorry to hear about your mom and I’ve made a donation to the American Heart Association in her memory. I hope you and your family find your new normal this holiday season.”
In the video she shared on YouTube, Shelby also talked about how the FedEx staff were waiting for her when they found out she got a package from Bill Gates, the second richest man of the world.
