Rancherito’s: Horrible Video Shows Employee Urinating Into A Kitchen Drain

A Rancherito’s employee in Draper was fired on Sunday after a video showed him urinating on the kitchen floor of the restaurant.

The video of the incident was shared on social media by a customer.

The video was taken by a customer in the drive-thru lane of the restaurant.

According to the manager of Rancherito’s, the employee had been working for them for less than 3 months.

Initially, authorities shut down the restaurant on a pending inspection.

The restaurant has now reopened.

A day after the incident, the staff of the restaurant could be seen throwing away food and other items that were present in the kitchen.

The staff was also seen scrubbing down everything.

Nicholas Rupp, the spokesperson for the Salt Lake County Health Department, released a statement about the incident.

The statement said, “Today, in response to a complaint submitted to us online, the Salt Lake County Health Department (SLCoHD) visited the Rancherito’s at 12250 South State Street in Draper and confirmed that a food handler there exhibited a willful disregard for food safety and acted inappropriately in a food preparation area.”

The statement added, “SLCoHD issued an immediate compliance order that required the establishment to close and sanitize all food preparation areas, and also revoked the specific employee’s food handler permit.”

The video was shared by Robert Talivakaola, a resident from Lehi, Utah.

Robert shared the video on Facebook, where it went viral and got the attention of the local authorities.

Robert said he was waiting to order food while he was at the Rancherito’s in Draper when the staff failed to entertain him.

Robert pulled up to the window and the employee looked at him before walking away.

Robert looked inside the restaurant to get the attention of the employee and found out the employee peeing inside the kitchen.

Robert went on to share the video on social media to shine a light on the incident.
