4-Year-Old LA Boy Sexually Abused And Battered To Death By Heartless Father For Pooping In His Pants

A 4-year-old boy from Los Angeles, USA, was beaten and sexually abused by his own father 1 day before he passed away.

On July 5, 2019, Noah Cuatro, the boy, was brought to a hospital with his parents claiming that he nearly drowned in their apartment complex’s swimming pool.

The incident happened in Palmdale, Los Angeles.

Staff at the hospital found signs of trauma on the boy’s body.

He died on July 6, 2019.

On January this year, 28-year-old Jose Maria Cuatro Jr. and 26-year-old Ursula Elaine Juarez were indicted on 1 count of murder and torture each related to the death of the kid.

Court documents revealed the horrific ordeal that went through before he passed away.

According to the indictment, Noah was tortured by his parents for 4 straight months.

Reports of suspected child abuse came to light after the child was taken to the hospital with bruising on his back.

A caseworker filed a request to move Noah from his parent’s custody. According to reports, a judge granted the request, yet the little boy was never placed into foster care.

Other family members took care of Noah after he was taken from his parents’ custody on a number of occasions. They told the court that the boy never wanted to go back to his house.

Prosecutors told the court that on the day before the boy passed away, the boy soiled his pants. The father then abused him, suffocated the boy, and sexually abused him.

The child abuse was confirmed after experts saw a tear and active bleeding was found coming from the rectum of the boy.

A medical report said that the death of the 5-year-old boy was caused by “homicide” by “asphyxiation”.

There were injuries on his ribs, bruises all over his body, and internal injuries including a liver laceration.

Cuatro also faces one count of assault on a child causing death and sexual penetration with a child under the age of 10.

Juarez is currently facing an additional count of child abuse under circumstances likely to cause death.

If convicted by the court, Cuatro can spend 47 years in jail.

Juarez is facing up to 32 years in prison.
