ICSI CS Executive/Foundation December Exam Results 2014: Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the main body which conducts Company Secretary (CS) professional course exam every year. As per the proviso to Section 383 A of the Companies Act, 1956, all the companies having a paid up capital of Rs. 500 M are mandatorily required to appoint a full-time Company Secretary. Those companies having a paid capital greater than Rs. 10 M and less than Rs. 500 M are required to procure Compliance Certificate from a Practicing Company Secretary which has to be annexed to the Directors’ Report along with the Annual Accounts. Thus there are two areas in the career: whole time employment and whole time practice. ICSI CS Executive / Foundation Results :
