Uttarakhand board of technical education has been setup by an act no – 27 of 2003 as passed by uttarakhand legislative assembly and assented by governor on 13-janauary 2004 and notified on 15 – january 2004. It provides for the establishment and constitution of board of technical education in uttarakhand and for matters connected there with or incidental there to. The act is enacted by state assembly in 54 year of india. It shall be deemed to have come in to force from the date of notification issued by the state government. UBTER had conducted written exams for Group C posts. The test was held for Post Code 77 – Anveshan Sahayak, Post Code 83 – Photographer on 14 December 2014. For Village Development Officer (VDO) Post Code 248, it was held on 07 December, 2014 & for Social Welfare Officer (Post Code 266) on 21 December, 2014. Group C Exam Results VDO Document Verification Schedule:
The candidates who qualify in the Written Test shall be shortlisted based on their performance of the written exam. Final Selection is to be done on the basis of Merit in the written exam. In those posts in which Typing/ CAD test is essential, candidate have to qualify in that. In case two candidates have same marks, candidates of upper age will be given preference.
