2 Indian-Sikh Teenagers Killed In A Car Crash In Fishers

The Sheriff’s Office of the Hamilton County confirmed that 2 Indian-Sikh teenagers were killed in a car crash in Fishers.

Officials said that the crash happened before 2:30 AM on Wednesday on East 121st Street between Cumberland and Hoosier roads.

2 people were trapped inside the car, officials said that the car hit a tree.

Investigators are currently trying to figure out how the crash happened.

Officials added that 22-year-old Davneet S. Chahal, the driver of the SUV that crashed into the tree, flew out the car when the accident happened and died at the spot.

The police believe that Davneet was not wearing a seatbelt when the accident happened.

19-year-old Varundeep S. Bring of fishers was sitting on the front passenger seat, he was also killed in the accident.

20-year-old Gurjot S. Sandhu, a passenger of the SUV who was sitting at the backseat, was found outside the SUV.

Gurjot Sandhu is currently admitted in the St. Vincent Hospital on the 86th Street.
