42-year-old mother kills 5 daughters before committing suicide in Barmer, Rajasthan

Vanu Devi, a 42-year-old mother from Chohatan, Barmer in Rajasthan killed her daughters before committing suicide on June 26, 2019.

The said Devi threw 13-year-old Santosh, 11-year-old Mamta, 9-year-old Naina, 7-year-old Hamsa, and 3-year-old Hemlata into a water tank before committing suicide.

The police are currently trying to take the dead bodies out of the water tank.

The police have launched an investigation that will find out why the mother took the extreme step.
