Brother of BJP National Vice-President beats up a man for not standing up during his presence and kidnaps him afterwards

Pinu, the brother of Renu Devi, a former minister of Bihar, brutally beat up a worker in a drug store in Bettiah for not standing up during his presence.

The entire incident was captured on the CCTV that was installed in the drug store and according to the police report, the incident happened on June 3 evening.

The video shows Pinu walking inside a drug store in Bettiah, he then shows a picture to one of the workers there, and after a couple of seconds, Pinu tells one of the workers who was sitting on a chair to stand up.

When the worker refused to stand up, Pinu beat him up and brought him outside the shop while grabbing his collar.

Pinu then took the worker away in a car.

Renu Devi, a former minister in Bihar and the BJP National vice president, said that she hasn’t talked with Pinu, her brother, for many years.

During an interview with ANI, Renu Devi said, “I never encourage wrong behaviour. I have no relation with Pinu for many years. We are not on talking terms. Still, I am being dragged. If anyone commits a mistake, they should be punished, even if it’s me.”

Police Officer Jayant Kant said that a case against Pinu has been registered.

The police have also provided security to the family of the worker.

Officer Jayant Kant added that the car that was used to abduct the worker has also been seized.
