Chinese Hitman Hires Hitman Who Hires Hitman Who Hires Hitman Who Hires Hitman Who Tells Police About Sub-Contract

We know that the title is pretty confusing, so buckle up and get ready to be amazed.

A court in southern China sentenced 6 men to prison for attempted murder in a hit job that was botched after being sub-contracted for a number of times.

Qin Youhui, a real estate businessman, hired a hitman to take out Wei, a businessman in 2013.

According to the Nanning Intermediate People’s Court in Guangxi, the hitman was hired by Qin for 2 Million Yuan, but instead of taking down Wei, the hitman hired another hitman, who hired another hitman.

The job got contracted out to 3 more men.

Ling Xinsi, the 5th man, was offered 100,000 yuan to carry out the crime, but Ling was not happy with the pay.

In 2014, Ling left Wei a note and asked him to set a meeting at a coffee shop.

Ling told the entire ordeal to Wei and said: “For just 100,000 yuan, I don’t want to kill you, but you have to cooperate with me.”

Ling and Wei staged his death with pictures of Wei tied up.

Ling left the phone he used with Wei, who disappeared for about 10 days, and returned again to report the case to the police.

In a post that was made by the Nanning Intermediate People’s Court in Guangxi, the six defendants deliberately deprived others of their lives, and their actions constitute the crime of intentional homicide.

The 6 defendants, which include Ling, who was not charged at first, got cleared in 2016 after a court excluded evidence on the basis of police misconduct.

Prosecutors later appealed the case.

Qin and the 5 hitmen that he hired were sentenced to spend 2 years and 7 months to 5 years in Chinese Prison.

Thanks to Ling, Wei survived and the real estate businessman was arrested and charged by the police.
