The grandmother met Rajesh along the way, and Rajesh asked the grandmother that he will drop his niece on the tuition center.

Instead of taking the minor to the tuition center, the man brought her to a rubber plantation in Kulathupuzha, where he raped and murdered the kid.

Investigations revealed that Rajesh used an auto-rickshaw to reach the rubber plant, which is 16 kilometers away from the house of the kid.

Rajesh used to live with the parents and the family of the 7-year-old girl.

After Rajesh raped and murdered the 7-year-old girl, he went to a forest in Kulathupuzha, where he decided to hide.

Later that day, a missing complaint was registered by the mother of the minor.

The police launched an investigation and a search and rescue operation for the 7-year-old girl.
