Did you know that the character of Simba is based on a real-life lion cub that is named Bahati?
Well, baby Simba in the Lion King remake was not made from imagination, he was inspired by Bahati, an adorable furry wild cat.
Bahati is a female lion cub that lives in the Dallas Zoo.

The team used the video and Bahati as a reference when they designed baby Simba in the movie.
