A newborn baby was found inside a plastic bag with a rusty knife sticking out of her small baby back.

It is believed that the newborn baby that the authorities found is only around 2 days old.

She was found with knife wounds, wrapped in a blanket, and was stuffed into a plastic bag.

The baby girl was found after a passerby heard her cries.

The incident happened in the city of Posadas in the north-eastern Argentine province of Misiones.

31-year-old Diego Sebastian Penayo, a gym instructor, found the baby wrapped in a blue and pink blanket inside a black plastic bag.

The baby had a knife sticking in her back, however, she was still alive.

Diego took the baby girl to a nearby police station and was later transferred to a Pediatric Hospital for immediate treatment.

The baby had multiple knife wounds on her body.

When she was found by the kind man, a rusty blade was still protruding from her back.

The police identified the mother of the 2-day-old baby and have arrested her for the horrible crimes that she committed.

The police told Clarin that the mother of the girl gave birth and left Hospital Dr. Ramon Madariaga Treble to go to a nearby street.

She left the girl there.

David Halac, a spokesperson for Hospital Dr. Fernando Barreyro, confirmed the horrible incident and said that the baby did have a rusty knife in her back.

She also had multiple other injuries.

The baby is currently in a stable condition and is expected to survive.

The stab wounds that the baby got did not damage any of her small organs.

The baby has been named as Esperanza, which means hope.
