But not many people understood why he did this, especially the police who decided to stop the man.

Police Officers in Märkisch-Oderland, which is located in Brandenburg, Germany, asked a naked man who was riding his scooter to stop.

When the officers asked the man about he was riding the scooter butt naked.

The man simply replied with “it’s too hot”. Well, it was actually, on Tuesday, the Meteorologist Department of Germany said that the highest recorded temperature for the month of June had been broken.

To be fair, the man was not 100 percent naked, he wore a helmet and slippers….

Officials said that the naked man did not commit any crime.

Officials added, “Although being naked or driving naked is not illegal, people can be issued with an administrative offense charge if people feel disturbed by a person’s nudity.”

The police officers asked the man to wear some pants on so he could not distract other drivers in the area.
