A grieving father openly forgives a pedophile that raped and murdered his daughter in court by saying “I forgive you, bro”.

Felicia Williams, who was just 9 when she was murdered, was left in the care of her mother’s neighbor Eboni Wiley in May 2014.

It was reported that the mother of Williams left her alone to go out and purchase marijuana.

The girl was raped and strangled by the boyfriend of Eboni Wiley, Granville Ritchie.

It was reported that the pedophile murderer placed the body of Felicia in a suitcase and threw it away.

The body was found in Tampa Harbour, Florida.

Ritchie told the police that he had given the girl money to go out and buy sweets, but never returned.

3 months after the incident, the remains of Felicia were found.

1 year after his initial sentencing, Ritchie heard that he will be heading to Death Row for his crimes.

During the sentencing, the father of Felicia had a different approach and said that he had forgiveness for the pedophile.

Jerome  Williams, the father of the 9-year-old girl, said in court that he was not like anyone else and had no ill will against the pedophile.

Jerome said in court:

I’m not like everybody else, bro. I ain’t got no ill will against you. The journey you got ahead of you going to need God. I forgive you. I forgive you, bro, that’s how strong my God is. I come here and smile with no ill will. You are my brother. You made a mistake. You’ve got time to make right with God.

Ritchie was arrested by the police 3 months after the youngster was found dead. It was reported that her body had no clothes on and was inside a suitcase.
