Telangana Police Recruitment 2018:

The Telangana State Police is the law enforcement agency for the state of Telangana in India. The Telangana State Police has jurisdiction concurrent with the ten revenue districts of the State which is headed by an officer designated as the Director General of Police who reports to the State Government through the Home (Police) Department.

The police force was created from the basis of the Andhra Pradesh when the Telangana state was formed. For the first time after the formation of Telangana State, Telangana State level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) released the notification for the recruitment of various SI & constable posts.

Candidates should go through the eligibility criteria like educational qualification, age limit, application fee selection process, vacancy details etc. If the candidates meet the eligibility criteria they can proceed further to apply online.

The qualifying time for general candidates is 15 seconds and for ex-servicemen is 16.5 seconds. For long jump general candidates should go for 3.80 meters and for ex-servicemen 3.65 meters.
