Pakistani Farmers Are Using Cranes To Move Rooftop Cows In Karachi

Due to the large population in Pakistan and lack of agricultural plots, farmers in Pakistan are placing their cows on the top of their houses and are using cranes to transport them.

Well, that’s something unusual.

By the end of this week, the Eid al-Adha, which is a Muslim festival, will start and this means that Pakistani farmers are going to transport their cattle down again so they could send the animals to livestock markets.

Cows are properly secured and are transported through the air by cranes. Usually, the cows are on the most top floor of multi-story buildings.

The Eid al-Adha is the marking of Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his own son for Allah. The day is celebrated by sacrificing an animal.

The animal is divided into 3 parts, one goes to the poor, one is given back to the family, and the third part is kept inside their home.

In case you are going to Karachi or are passing by, and if you see a cow, don’t be shocked, they are transforming them.
