Heartless Owner Drags Dog On A Highway In Moscow Before It Collapsed
Kievskoye, Moscow: The Moscow police have confiscated the dog that was seen in a horrific video that showed the dog being dragged on a road before collapsing.
41-year-old Olga Orlova, a singer Russian, shared the disturbing video on her Instagram account that has over 1.6 million followers.
The video that was shared by Orlova showed the 8-year-old Central Asian Sheep Dog being pulled down the road.
The dog was rescued by the Moscow Police and was brought to an animal shelter home.
While sharing the video of the incident on her Instagram account, 41-year-old Orlova said, “Emotions, of course, cannot be described with mere words. I believe people like this should be locked up, but sadly our laws do not support my opinion. However, I really hope that measures are taken against the cruel owner and anyone else who abuses animals.”
She added, “I hope we can find this dog and save it from death.”
According to a local news agency in Moscow, a number of animal rights group tried to rescue the poor dog. But the dog owner refused to give the poor dog to the animal rights group.
Eventually, the local police decided to rescue the dog and raided the house of the abuser and freed the poor dog.
The poor dog was brought to a vet hospital. During the visit, a vet found that the poor dog has a number of health problems.
The vet said the dog is around 8-years-old.
When the dog was brought to the vet hospital, it weighed around 71 kilograms.
