India: A 15-year-old girl was raped in India this week after being attacked by 5 pedophiles in Tripura, a state in India.

On Wednesday (August 19, 2020) the Tripura police announced the horrible news.

According to the police, the incident happened in the Sepahijala district of the Tripura District.

The 15-year-old, a class 8 student, told the authorities that she knew one of the 5 pedophiles that had assaulted her.

The police said that the 5 pedophiles entered her house on the evening of Sunday and raped her.

The girl told her parents about the incident, and on Monday the officially filed a rape complaint.

Authorities have arrested Bhiku Debbarma, a pedophile that was involved in the horrible incident.

The other 4 pedophiles are currently on the run.

Bhiku Debbarma was brought before a local court, who set him to 5 days in judicial custody.

Bhiku is also involved in a murder case that happened last year and was on the run.

The 15-year-old girl is currently admitted to the Bishramganj hospital.

The current condition of the girl remains a mystery.
