When teaser of the upcoming biopic of Sanjay Dutt dropped, everyone lost their mind on what was shown nothing, but just a sneak peek of the film when the trailer dropped people went nuts, the portrait of Sanjay Dutt by Ranbir Kapoor is so brilliant that people forget it’s not Sanjay Dutt its Ranbir Kapoor. Now, Kar Har Maidaan Fateh song released and has blown away minds of millions, an emotional song with a powerful meaning.

 

 

Throughout the song we can see the struggles of Sanjay Dutt due to his drug addiction, the most beautiful thing about this song is its lyrics and the presentation of Sanjay Dutt’s journey against his drug addiction. The opening scene shows us him begging his father for help while last being him taking a deep breath in fresh air showcasing his win against obsession.

What’s in between is emotional, heartbreaking portrayal of Sanjay Dutt’s struggles done brilliantly by young actor Ranbir Kapoor.

With a song titled “Kar Har Maidaan Fateh” literally meaning win every stages or struggle sends such an emotional and robust message to everyone, it gives goosebumps.

 

 

Ranbir in an interview after the launch of the trailer had said “When I was a child, I had a poster of Sanju sir on the wall of my cupboard, and through this film, I am in his shoes. I think in my life, I want Sanju sir to like me.”

 

“I know I never can be the man he is, but in whichever way that I go about in my career as a person and even though this film, I really want Sanju sir to like me because I feel that he is a man that I respect a lot and I really look up to him. I hope that he feels that I have represented his life in a very honest way,” he added

 

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film also stars Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza, Sonam Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal and is ready to hit the screens on June 29.

 

While we wait for the fil restlessly, the makers sure have a lot of teasers planned before the film drops.
