[WATCH] Australian Pacer Pat Cummins Bowls One Of The Worst Deliveries Ever In Cricket History
Bowlers have made some errors which have drawn hilarious reactions from players and fans alike. In the ongoing Test match between Bangladesh and Australia at Dhaka, Aussie pacer Pat Cummins delivered a bizarre delivery after the ball slipped through his hands.
It seems that Pat Cummins will always feature in that montage now. In the first innings of Bangladesh, the ball slipped from Cummins’ hand that missed the pitch by a huge distance and ended up at gully.
The incident took place in the 67th over of Bangladesh’s first innings when Cummins, bowling at Nasir Hossain. Cummins tried to deliver a knuckle ball and the youngster failed to grip the ball properly and lost his control over it which resulted in the ball going to the fielder standing at gully.
The players standing on the ground were left amused seeing the ball travel all the way to points fielder. However, Cummins helped his team wrap up the host’s innings for a mere 260 as he claimed three important wickets along with Nathan Lyon and Aston Agar.
Umpire Nigel Llong seemed confused as to whether to signal a wide or dead ball. However, after consulting with his field partner (Leg-umpire), he declared the delivery to be a no-ball and failed to hide his smile on his face.

However, the hosts have been playing quite well against one of the best teams in the world. They restricted the Aussies to 216 in the first innings, but they couldn’t put a big target on the visitors as they scored 221 in the second innings in second innings.
