Virat Kohli, who is in high swing, is already donning 30 centuries at mere 28 Years. After bagging an astounding century in the fourth ODI, Kohli managed to hit another one against Sri Lanka in the fifth and last match of the ODI series.

With these two consecutive centuries, Kohli became the only player to hit 1000 runs in 2017.  He raided few other records of which equalling former Australian Captain Ricky Ponting’s 30 centuries is the best. Earlier to these matches, Kohli had some miserable moments as he walked off the pitch with only single digits in the two consecutive matches which he had never done since 2015.

Anyway, he somehow filled the voids with these centuries. There is no doubt in saying that Kohli is one of the fittest players of this generation. His Yo Yo test score reflects it so. And there’s  a talk that Kohli is quite active in practice sessions. Afterall, his stats are all enough.

These two years are much crucial to Kohli. He deliberately balanced the pressure of being a captain and a crucial batsman too. The recent results of India’s success now assure that Kohli is all well to deal the way Dhoni did, may be better with time.

Following the impeccable success we had, India is now heading to play the last one T20I against the same. The match will be held on Wednesday after which the squad will leave the Island nation.

With this handful of victories, one could afford to relax and unwind before the T20I but not if you are Virat Kohli, who never misses even an optional practice session. He was set to practice today which is a hallmark of his greatness as a limited overs batsman. He posted a tweet which intended pun as Kohli was being silly and witty at the same time.

Despite this records, Kohli also holds a record of average above 50 in T20Is. As of now, he managed 1748 runs in 45 matches, of which more than 16 are half centuries concluding at 52.96 average.
