Ravi Shastri Goofs Up The IPL-Presentation Ceremony, Forgets To Give Away Man Of The Match To Bumrah

Starting with Steve Harvey, followed by the Oscar presentation ceremony, this idea of goofing up things has become the major happening now. How can people forget these things, this leaves us confused. However, there’s nothing that can stop this, and this has happened in India too, with the popular voice Ravi Shastri.

Yesterday, Ravi Shastri, the popular veteran cricketer has somehow forgotten to present the prestigious Man of the Match award to Jasprit Bumrah.

Ravi Shastri, being the popular voice and face of Indian cricket has been playing an important role in Indian Cricket fraternity off and on the ground. Forgetting these things for a popular personality like him is something that is rare and almost impossible to happen.

The kind of innings Bumrah has shown off during the match between Hyderabad and Mumbai is however elegant. His innumerable 3-24 figures are quite clear to ensure the Man of the Match for him. But, at the moment of the presentation ceremony, it was Ravi Shastri who made a minor goof up in awarding Bumrah, missing the cheque.

Later to his talk, Shastri turned back to the studio before announcing the Man of the Match. The guests at the studio were of course quite surprised.

On the other side, England’s popular player, Kevin Pietersen took an advantage of the opportunity tweeting “Wahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha – @RaviShastriOfc! Tough gig with that mic and all those notes? 1st bus?”

Read Kevin Peterson’s tweet here:

And Ravi Shastri is not that kind of person who remains calm, Shastri quickly switched on his fun side tweeting:

Or let’s be glad that Shastri managed to recollect his memory and presented Man of the Match to Bumrah.
