Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor-starrer Befikre released last week and is running successfully at the box office with its collection being steady over the first weekend. Befikre is the first film written and directed by Aditya Chopra.

With mixed reviews and Ranveer Singh as the leading man, Befikre is set to dominate the box office on its first weekend without any other release from Bollywood. Here are the worldwide collections of Befikre movie on the first weekend.

Befikre Movie First (1st) Day / Friday Collections:

Despite mixed reviews, Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor’s Befikre has had a good run at the Indian box office so far. The movie revolves around the funny and perpetually horny Dharam’s (Ranveer Singh) love story with French-born Punjabi tour guide Shyra (Vaani Kapoor) has won audience’s hearts even though critics think otherwise.

On Friday, the day of its release, Befikre grossed a healthy Rs 10.36 crore. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Befikre has a double digit start… STRONG at plexes…Fri ₹ 10.36 Cr. India biz.”

Befikre Movie Second (2nd) Day / Saturday Collections:

Befikre has been made on a budget of Rs 55 crore. The promotional and advertisement (P&A) cost is Rs 15 crore, taking the total cost of the film to Rs 70 crore. Released on over 2100 screens in the domestic market and over 800 screens in the overseas market, the film has got about 2900 screens worldwide.

The movie with a slight increase in its second-day collected Rs 11.6 crores.
