The newly-wed couple of the celebrity town, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, just came back from their honeymoon. The wedding was something that every fan expected to happen but the manner in which it took place, it shocked many. However, in the end, it was a very pleasant surprise for everyone.

Every new picture of them is breaking the internet and is getting people talking, and their first honeymoon picture wasn’t any different. Twitterati even made fun of the picture and made memes and jokes.

Now again, after making people go crazy with their beautiful wedding pictures and videos, the couple has been enticing the fans soon with their reception clicks. The power couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma held first of their two wedding receptions on Thursday at Durbar Hall, Taj Enclave in New Delhi.

Obviously, they stole all the limelight in the evening and looked absolutely stunning together. The event was no less than a royal one with the family members and friends of both the celebrities made their presence felt.

However, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi graced his presence on the evening and wished the newlyweds a happy married life. Earlier, both Virat and Anushka had personally met Modi only a day before and had invited him to the grand reception.

He obliged to their request and made sure he attended the event. Modi Ji was also seen speaking a word or two to the Indian skipper and his wife. Mr. Modi then posed for a click with the couple and others before leaving the function.

The newly-wed couple went for a honeymoon to Finland and later was spotted in PMOs office.  Along with attending the reception, PM Modi gave a surprise gift to the couple. The video of PM Modi gifting the couple something was doing rounds on the social media right now. Guess what he gifted them for their wedding that made them smile bright?

The couple got surprised by the gift they received from the PM and felt happy for the sweet gesture. Especially Anushka seemed so very touched by the rose PM gifted her and that could be seen in the video clearly.

Virat and Anushka will host another reception in Mumbai for which the guest list will be huge. The Indian team will also make it to the event with their families as the ongoing T20I series will conclude just two days before the event in Mumbai. Even a lot of Bollywood superstars will also grace their presence to wish their colleague in the industry Anushka Sharma.

The couple then planned to fly to South Africa for New Year celebrations.
