The third season of the Tamil Big Boss aired first on 23 June 2019, and since then there has only been one elimination.

Fathima Babu was the first one to gel eliminated from the hit show.

Fathima Babu is a former Tamil Actress who has also starred in a number of Malayalam movies. Babu was also a newsreader for the DD Podhigai, which is the Tamil Version of the Doordarshan news. She also appeared in the Jaya TV and was part of FABS, a drama group.

Before Fathima was sent home, Big Boss gave her the power to select three legit contenders that can become the captain of the house for next week.

Fathima decided to choose Abhirami, Sandy, and Darsan.

Big Boss then announced that only 2 out of the three selected captains by Fathima are going to take part in the captaincy task.

Sandy got eliminated from the task, so it is going to be Abhirami vs Darsan in the captaincy battle.

In the captaincy battle, Abhirami won it and has been asked to lead the housemates next week.

After being named as the captain of the house, Abhirami ended her problems with Madhumitha.
