A couple has finally welcomed a baby girl into their own family after having 14 straight boys.

Well, dedication I might say..

45-year-old Kateri Schwandt gave birth to a baby girl on November 5, 2020.

Kateri and Maggie Jayne, the baby girl, are doing well and the family said that they are feeling extremely blessed.

Jay Schwandt, the father, said that he was young when he met Kateri.

The 2 got married in 1993.

The couple already had 3 sons before they graduated from college, said a report that was published by MailOnline.

During an interview with the Detroit Free Press after the birth of Maggie Jayne, Jay, the father, said that the family was really excited that they finally get to add a girl in their family.

Jay added:

We are overjoyed and beyond excited to add Maggie Jayne to our family. This year has been memorable in so many ways, for so many reasons, but Maggie is the greatest gift we could ever imagine.

I would too, I would too!

Tyler Schwandt, the eldest son of the couple who is 28, said:

My parents were finally blessed with the little girl they never thought they’d end up having. I don’t even know if my mom owns any pink clothing or anything.

The other children of the couple, who are Zach, Drew, Brandon, Tommy, Vinny, Calvan, Gabe, Wesley, Charlie, Luke, Tucker, Francisco, and Finley, are really happy to welcome their baby sister in their huge family too!

The best thing about the couple is that they are strong as a family.

Kateri and Jay both have advanced degrees on their name.

Kateri, the mother, has a master’s degree in social work, and Jay, the father, is a lawyer and is an owner of a land surveying business. He has a law degree.

This family just proves that you need to be motivated to do anything in your life.

The family said that their little girl would be the most spoiled and protected girl in their family.

This is not the first time the family made headlines on the internet or in the local news stations.

When the couple had Tucker, the boy number 12, the couple made headlines and in 2013, the family made the headlines again for having 13 boys.

Well, after 14 boys, they finally got a girl and the family deserves it!
