CA Final Topper 2018, Atul Agarwal wants to be an IAS Officer
CA Final Topper 2018: ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) released CA Final May Exam 2018 Results of old and new course on 20th July 2018. and CA Final 2018 Topper, Jaipur Boy, Atul Agarwal disclosed about this role model i.e. Hindu nationalist politician, Indian monk and current chief minister of Indian state of Uttar Pradesh – Yogi Adityanath.
Becoming CA (Chartered Accountant) was Atul’s Childhood dream. But there’s a modification to that after becoming a topper. Now, 22-year old 77.25% (618/800) marks scorer All India Rank 1 has vowed to quality UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) CSE (Civil Service Examination) and to become an IAS (Indian Administrative Services) Officer.
Following Atul, with 315 and 597 marks, 2nd and 3rd positions are secured by Aagam Sandipbhai Dalal (from Ahmedabad) and Anurag Bagaria from (Surat) respectively. Atul scored just 85 per cent marks in class 12th and 86% percentage marks in class 10th board examinations, which is considered average these days.
After taking class 10th and class 12th board examinations from Kothputli (Jaipur), Atul decided to go for further UG (Under Graduation) studies with IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). IGNOU is a largest open university in the world with the highest number of candidates enrolled (in millions). It provides DDE (Directorate of Distance Education) following which, a lot of time can be saved.
Atul Agarwal’s success story is quite exceptional. He was never one of the most intelligent students on the planet when it comes to Audit Paper. Also, he didn’t score exceptionally well in IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) a couple of years back. But in ICAI CA Final Audit Paper, he made a history by scoring all-time highest 83 Marks in the audit examination question paper.
Total 12 students (including All India Rank 1, Atul Agarwal) have grabbed their positions in top 550. Even girls topper Gunjan Garg (All India Rank 6) also hails from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Almost 9 years back, in 2009, 9 students were selected from Jaipur only.
