Yes, Abhishek Bachchan holds a Guinness World Record for Most Public Appearances made by a film star in 12 hours. Abhishek made this record by visiting seven places while promoting his movie ‘Delhi-6’ in 2009 in theatres of 7 cities like Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Chandigarh and Mumbai in just 12 hours.

The actor rushed from one city to another and traveled 1,800 km by car and a private jet in his attempt to get the feedback of audiences in different cinema halls. Earlier, this record was in the name of Hollywood actor Will Smith who attended three media events in 24 hrs while promoting his movie “I, Robot”.
