The ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams’ biopic released today i.e; 26th May 2017. The film has also been dubbed in Tamil and Telugu. It was the most awaited biopic of the year and had made all cricket fans eager for the release. The movie is based on the life of the legendary cricketer and revolves around the extraordinary career of the batsman, who retired from international cricket in 2013 and also touches upon his personal life.

Sachin A Billion Dreams Story Line:

“Sachin: A Billion Dreams” is an Indian biographical film based on the life of Indian cricket icon and living legend Sachin Tendulkar. A tale of a restless 10-year-old boy and his journey from watching India’s first World Cup winning skipper Kapil Dev lift the trophy, to the fulfillment of his dream of holding it in his hands for India. He is the most celebrated sportsperson in India, a virtuous hero who created an era, which Indians are proud of. The film captures Tendulkar’s dedication to cricket and his personal life in dramatic detail, as well as reveals aspects of his life which have never been heard or seen before.

The film resumes with the birth of Sachin and Anjali Tendulkar’s son, Arjun. We see Sachin working hard on his son to make him a hardened cricketer. The Tendulkar family believes that Sachin’s father has returned in a new incarnation, in Arjun.

Based on the life of the living legend in the cricketing world Sachin Tendulkar, the movie encapsulates Tendulkar’s passion and dedication towards the sport. With him appearing in the movie, the Master Blaster himself reveals certain aspects of his life that were never heard of before. The film captures the minutest aspects of Sachin’s life in fantastic detail.
