Kristaps Porzingis, a player of the Dallas Mavericks, was reportedly attacked inside a nightclub in Latvia on Saturday evening.
A video that surfed the internet recently showed Porzingis screaming and pushing a woman out of his way, the video also showed Porzingis having a bloody face.

The short clip shows Porzingis pushing a woman away as he screams at a person who is still to be known.
You can also see the torn shirt of Porzingis in the video, he was being held back by a number of people as he pointed out as someone.
After the incident happened, the spokesperson of the Dallas Mavericks released a statement, the statement said, “It is our understanding that Kristaps was jumped and assaulted outside of a club in Latvia. We will provide an update when one is available.”
The NBA is yet to release an official statement about the incident in Latvia.
According to a sports agency, a number of Russians attacked the NBA star and added that he fought back before the security personnel of the club broke the fight up.
Kristaps is still recovering from a torn ACL in his left knee, the injury happened on February 6 last year. The injury caused him to miss the 2018-2019 NBA season.
Earlier this year, the star experienced a tumultuous after being traded to the Dallas Mavericks from the New York Knicks. On February, he was accused of sexual assault by a woman in New York, who claims that Kristaps raped her.
The claims are currently being investigated by the NYPD (New York Police Department). The camp of Porzingis has denied the allegations by the woman.
