t is the enthralling theories and myths the Hinduism has, which surprises us day-to-day. Be it Ramayana, Mahabharata or other popularly sacred texts, every book carries heaps of stories, a handful of unearthed secrets and the mysteries that could stun everyone. Coming to the former epic tale Ramayana, there are many stories with remained unfolded and do deserve another read.

In general, we often end up forgetting her fate after being swayed by Laxman, but, the story doesn’t end there. Sita’s abduction was avenged and Lord Rama emerged victoriously. However, there are parts of Ramayan which remained untold and are more curious when studied about. But what about Hanuman? the epitome of guts and heroism in the story!

Almost everybody around us is completely unaware of what happened to Lord Hanuman after Ramayan. Here we did some candid research for you and brought up the details. There are various versions of the story.

Coming to the facts, after Ramayana, it was time for Lord Ram to leave the earth. This incident was very painful for hanuman ji. For a devotee who sacrificed everything for the service of his Lord, separation from his Lord was a very painful experience. But Lord Ram assured hanuman ji that he would come in the form of Lord Krishna in the dwapar yug to establish dharma.

Hanuman is also present in the Mahabharat. He was there to support the Pandav brothers, one can see him on the flag of Arjun’s chariot to protect him against deadly weapons. Again it was time for the end of dwapar yug. Lord Krishna was about to leave this earth, so he says this to Hanuman,

“Hanuman, you are immortal, your duty is to protect the devotees and help in the establishment of dharma in the fierce kaliyug which is now on its way”.

Now, with these references from the sacred texts, we can conclude that Hanuman was alive after both Ramayan and Mahabharat. He is a Chiranjeevi, so he never dies and is present everywhere, all we need is pure devotion to experience him.

Whenever you meditate upon Lord Ram or Lord Krishna with pure devotion, you can experience him around yourself. Hanuman ji is present everywhere to help and protect the devotees of Lord Ram.
