The unusual yet amazing thing happened at the MAD nightclub in the student town of Lausanne.

Right now, nurses are inserting needles into people that want to donate their blood.

Igor Blaska, the manager of the night club, released a statement about the conversion and said:

It was almost heartbreaking to see a place like this which has existed for almost 35 years asleep for so long. So of course we were proud to organize any activity that was possible.

The night club was closed for 10 months due to the restrictions that were set to limit the spread of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
