A government official of Maharashtra was served with Chicken in the vegetarian food that he ordered in a canteen that is near the Vidhan Bhavan.

The government official said there were pieces of chicken in the dish that he ordered from the canteen.

The Vidhan Bhavan Canteen is famous as officials of the government, politicians, and journalists eat from there.

Mahesh Lakhe, a special auditor with the Cooperation Department in Maharashtra, was on fast when he ordered the vegetarian food in the canteen.

Auditor Mahesh Lakhe said that he saw a number of chicken pieces in the vegetarian food that he ordered in the canteen.
