A 45-year-old Indian lady has become the first outsider in China to have gotten a puzzling infection, which is suspected to be Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)- like coronavirus infection.

In 2002-2003, the SARS corona infection killed around 650 individuals in Hong Kong and China.

This time, the new coronavirus strain with 136 new cases have been accounted for throughout the end of the week in Wuhan, the local health commission stated, taking the complete number of individuals diagnosed to have the infection in China to a total of 201.

A teacher at an international school, Preeti Maheshwari is the patient being treated according to Official sources. Preeti has been on a ventilator in the emergency unit at a hospital in China.

Maheshwari was admitted to a nearby emergency clinic after she became sick last Friday. Her better half, a professional from Delhi, is permitted to visit her daily.
