Indian Man Killed For Using His Smartphone’s Flashlight In Dark Area

The Mumbai police arrested a man for killing a man that flashed his smartphone’s flashlight accidentally on his face.

The police announced the horrible news during a press release on March 8, 2020.

According to the police, the incident happened on the evening of Friday night when Abishek Chohan was climbing upstairs in an under-construction building with the help of his mobile’s torch.

The police said Abhichandra Yadav, the killer, was sitting on the stairs of the fourth floor when Abishek accidentally flashed his torch on his face.

The police explained, “The light inconvenienced Abhichandra Yadav who was sitting on the stairs leading to the fourth floor and he entered into an argument with Chohan.”

They added, “Yadav pushed Chohan into the lift duct and the latter fell down from the fourth floor. He was declared dead on arrival by doctors at a nearby hospital.”

Senior Inspector Babasheb Salunkhe of the Kurar Police Station said Yadav was arrested and charged with murder.
