Khushi Parihar, a 19-year-old Model from Maharashtra, was killed by her boyfriend for her “character”, officials have arrested Ashraf Sheikh, the boyfriend of Parihar.

Officials said that the incident happened in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

The incident came into light when residents near the Pandhurna-Nagpur Highway saw the dead body of the model lying on the highway.

The residents informed the Nagpur Police about the incident.

Officials of the Nagpur Police Station identified the woman with the help of Social Media.

The police arrested Ashraf Sheik, who confessed the crime said that he did the horrific act because of the character of his girlfriend.

He also added that Parihar was really close to men.

Preliminary investigations revealed that Ashraf Sheikh was with Khushi Parihar on July 12, 2019, and killed her by crushing her head.

He did the crime at the Savli Fata, which is near the Pandhurna-Nagpur Highway.
