CRPF Recruitment 2015:
The Central Reserve Police Force is the largest of India’s Central Armed Police Forces. It functions under the aegis of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) of the Government of India. The CRPF’s primary role lies in assisting the State/Union Territories in police operations to maintain law and order and counter insurgency. It came into existence as the Crown Representative’s Police on 27 July 1939. After Indian Independence, it became the Central Reserve Police Force on enactment of the CRPF Act on 28 December 1949. It releases the recruitment notification whenever there are vacancies in the various departments. Recently it has released the notification for the recruitment of 570 Head Constable/ GD, Constable/ GD posts. Candidates who are intersted can check the eligibility criteria and apply online.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University for post 1, Matriculation or 10th Class pass from a recognized Board/ University for post 2.
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-23 years as on the last date for receipt of application i.e., the candidate should not have been born earlier than 30-12-1992 and not later than 30-12-1997. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC & for others as per rules.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 50/- through Crossed Indian Postal Order/ Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque in favor of DIGP, GC CRPF, New Delhi. No fee for SC/ ST category and Females candidates.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on Identity check, Checking of Testimonials/ documents, Physical Standard Test, Sports Trial Test, Medical Examination, interview.
How to Apply for CRPF Recruitment 2015?
Candidates who are interested and eligible should download the application form and fill all the details on foolscap paper in the prescribed format affixing attested passport size photograph on it along wth admit card affixing attested passport size photograph on it, attested copies of all required documents, two self-addressed envelopes of size 23 x 10 cms duly affixed with postage stamp of Rs. 5/- to The DIG GC-CRPF, Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi-110072 on or before 30-12-2015 & 14-01-2016 for remote areas. Superscribe the envelope as “Application for the Recruitment of Sportsperson in CRPF against Sports Quota-2015″.
