Age Limit – JKSSB Recruitment 2015

All the aspirants of the above-mentioned posts must be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir and Indian national with a minimum age of as on 01-01-2014,

Open Category (Merit Basis): Candidates age limit should be 18-40 (Min-Max.) years.

Reserved Category:

• SC/ ST/ RBA/ ALC/ OSC candidate’s age limit should be 18-43 (Min-Max.) years.
• Physically Challenged candidate’s age limit should be 18-42 (Min-Max.) years.
• Ex-Servicemen candidate’s age limit should be 18-48 (Min-Max.) years.
• Government Service/ Contractual employees’ age limit should be 18-40 (Min-Max.) years.

Educational Qualification- JKSSB Recruitment 2015

Educational qualifications for various posts of JKSSB is mentioned as below,

• Driver: Candidates should possess Matriculation and having Hill Driving License issued by competent authority
• Junior Scale Stenographer: Graduation from any recognized University having minimum speed of 65 and 35 words per minute in Shorthand and Typewriting respectively for post
• Junior Engineer (Civil): 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government recognized Institute/ Indian University Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering
• Junior Engineer (Mechanical): 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized Institute/ Indian University Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering
• Junior Assistant: Graduation with knowledge of typewriting at least 35 words speed per minute for post
• Technician-II: Diploma in Electric/ Electronics

JKSSB Recruitment 2015 Section Process:

Selection for the JKSSB Recruitment 2015 will be purely on the basis of merit in the corresponding exams based on Physical/ Type/ Written Test/ interview.

JKSSB Application Fee:
