Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:

Office Assistant post: Candidates should have done graduation in any field from a familiar university. Along with that candidates should also have Knowledge of Computer Operation which is compulsory for both the posts.

For Officer Junior Management Scale-I (Assistant Manager) post:Candidates must have done graduation in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation , Agricultural Engineering, Information Technology, Law ,Management, Horticulture,Accountancy and Economics.

Age Limit :

• Above 18 years and below 28 years i.e, candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-07-1985 and later than 30-06-1995 for Sl no 1 Post,
• Between 18 years to 28 years i.e., candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-07-1985 and later than 01-07-1995 for Sl no 2 Post as on 01-07-2013.
• Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ EXS candidates.

Selection Procedure :

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

Pay Scale:

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): For this post candidates will get pay scale of Rs 7200/- to Rs. 19300/-Per Month.

Officer Junior Management Scale I (Assistant Manager): For this post candidates will get pay scale of Rs 14500/- to Rs. 25700/-Per Month.
