Age Relaxation :

45 years for all States/ Central Government employees; 43 years for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes o f Punjab; 42 years for Widows, Divorcees and certain other Categories of Women; 48 years for Physically Handicapped of Punjab.

Educational Qualifications:

(1) Should possess a degree in Civil or Mechanical or Chemical or Electrical or Production or Industrial or Metallurgical or Electronics and Communication or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university or institution; (and) 
(2) Should have an experience working in a workshop or manufacturing concern of a 
Government or public sector undertaking, in manufacturing process for a minimum period 
of two years. 
(3) Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent standard.
(4) System Analyst & Programmer:

Should possess M.E./ M. Tech. degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree or Computer Technology degree or Information Technology degree, Electronics degree with First division from a recognized university or Institution.

(5) Senior Assistant & Senior Scale Stenographer:

Should possesses Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution.

(6) Accountant:

Should have passed Intermediate Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants.

(7)Data Base Administrator & Net Work Engineer :

(a)    Should possess B.E. or B. Tech degree in Computer Science or Information Technology degree or Electronics and Communication degree with First Division from a recognized University or Institution.

 

Selection Process:

The Commission shall hold a Competitive Examination, details of which shall be hosted on the Commission’s website shortly.

Examination Fee:

Rs.625/- for SC/ST of all States and BBC of Punjab; Rs.1250/- for Physically Handicapped Punjab Candidates; No fee for Punjab State Ex-Serviceman; Rs.2500/- for All Others Categories .
