Sometimes you win, sometimes you don’t, but sometimes, you make a habit of winning and you just can’t get enough.
A woman in Kentucky, USA, is a winner in life and the proof for that is the amazing story that she shared with the internet recently.
A woman from Kentucky won a $100,000 prize from a scratch-off lottery ticket 13 years after she won $1 million in a lottery jackpot.
Well, do you need anything else mam?
Jokes aside, let’s talk about her story.
Rita Bailey, who is from Perryville, Kentucky, told the Kentucky Lottery Officials that she had been praying for a way to help her ill mother before she bought a Break Fort Knox scratch-off ticket.
She got her ticket from the Mr. Miser Food Mart store in Perryville.
Bailey said that she does not really buy scratch-off tickets, but she just had a feeling to buy one.
This led her to purchase the $30 ticket.
The player said that she initially had not won anything, but she handed it to a store clerk to double-check with the scanner.
Recalling the moment, Bailey said that the store clerk said that she did not scratch it off all the way.
The ticket turned out to be a $100,000 winning ticket.
Talking about her win, Bailey said:
I was just so excited knowing what I was going to use it for.
Bailey previously visited state lottery headquarters in 2007 to collect a win that she made, that win was at $1 million.
